  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The TDDReport website, branding, methodologies, and report templates are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all materials you provide to us. By providing materials, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for performing the Services.

7. Deliverables

Upon payment in full, you will receive a license to use the assessment reports we create for your internal business purposes. Reports may not be publicly distributed or resold without our written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide accurate and thorough assessments, we do not guarantee that our reports will identify all issues or that following our recommendations will result in any particular outcome.

Our assessments represent professional opinions based on the information available to us at the time of the assessment. They should not be the sole basis for investment or business decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TDDReport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
